The new color scheme will be available in the next release. Those keys will also be supported soon.
One thing that I like that you consider is the possibility to access to Listary Toolbar anywereIt's on the way :)
Also i'll like to see to add this feature in the items: Context Menu and Drag'n Drop. These have been planned for the next major version. You need to wait some time.
@tourmalineSorry that I can’t reproduce the bug here. Please make sure you’re using an admin account when checking the “Start Listary when Windows starts”.
After checking the startup checkbox, if you click OK, and then open the Options dialog again, is the checkbox still left checked?
Yes, everything is checked, i click on apply and ok but after reboot it won’t start listary portable! I’ll check if listary 3.51 will work correctly.
EDIT:
tried again with run as administrator and it won’t take either.
I have the portable on a different drive though then the c/windows drive.
Listary 3.51 installer is working and is starting up at start of windows!
I’ll try to put the portable version in a folder on the c drive and see what happens.
Nope: moving the portable to the c drive doesn’t make any difference. Only the 3.51 installer version is working correctly.
Could you please try to uncheck the startup checkbox, click Apply, then check the checkbox and click Apply again?

Done that. no go.
3.51 is working correctly.
Wait a minute,
i might have a look in the startup menu of windows 8 if nothing has been disabled!
I’ll get back to you.
EDIT:
when i started the beta and checked the run at startup, it deleted the entry in the startup list in the task manager! After a couple of attempts, i finally got it to work but there is NO entry in startup in the task manager and also not in the registry!
No worries. It’s in your Scheduled Tasks. This is the only way to start a program as admin as I know…

Allright then…can’t wait for a new beta version to test all the new features.
Still missing some, like being able to change the icon for folders and stuff.
Dear Channing,
When the new beta will be available approximately?
Dear Channing,When the new beta will be available approximately?
Sorry Channing i just saw in another thread that you need a few more days
4.00.1600 crash everytime when trying to use find-as-type in the DOpus.
Windows 8 Pro X64
DOpus 10.2.0.1(4683)
Thanks for reporting. It should be fixed now, please download the latest version here:

Note that you only need to overwrite Listary.exe, other files are not changed.
No keyboard shortcut for the fav files in the new beta?
Another small feature request:
When I get too many search result entries in the listary box I’d like to “scroll” (or better: swap pages) by using the page up / down keys. Atm they don’t do anything in this list…

Me too. I was about to ask for this, but you beat me to it. Page up/down or middle/rotary mouse button. Nod
A small problem arises for me when I compile a module using Visual Basic 6. The “save as” dialog pops up, with Listary’s toolbar attached. I select the module name I want to compile the program into and click OK, and then an additional “already-exists” dialog pops up, asking for confirmation. But Listary’s popup box remains on top of this, obscuring it. The two images below illustrate this.
Page up & page down support has been added to the new version.

The “confirm save as” popup now works as expected, and the Listary toolbar remains in the background. Thank you.
Page Up / Down are working in the searchbox result lists.
Can you implement the same feature for the favorite folder navigation (the context menu), please?
