Could Someone Give me Advice on Optimizing Workflow with Listary for Project Management?

Recently started using Listary to streamline my workflow and I am impressed by its capabilities. Although; I am looking for some advice on how to fully leverage its features for project management purposes. My goal is to create a highly efficient and organized system that integrates seamlessly with my daily tasks.

I manage multiple projects at the same time each with numerous subfolders and files. Keeping track of everything can be a challenge.

I use various tools such as Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite; and several development environments. I would like to know how best to integrate Listary with these applications to speed up my workflow.

How can I set up custom keywords to quickly access project specific folders or files? Any examples or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

Are there ways to automate repetitive tasks using Listary? For example; opening a set of related documents or applications with a single command.
