Windows Explorer Search Functionality

Within Windows Explorer or a Windows file/folder dialogue window (e.g. when opening or saving as a file from an application), without Listary installed, typing a word within the window would highlight the first folder/file that contains the letters you’re typing. E.g. if you type “s” “e” “t” “u” “p” and there was a folder called “setup”, it would highlight it.
With Listary installed, instead, typing will be hooked by the Listary functionality. While this is great for the local file system, often I am searching for folders / files on a remote server which Listary can’t index, so I can no longer quickly find / highlight folders. Sometimes these remote locations have 100’s of folders, so scrolling to find them instead is painful.

Is there any way around this?
