Why Won't Favorite Documents Open?

I’ve added documents under Options in the Menu section, but they won’t open. I made sure I was trying to open them in the correct application, and the two applications I want to use are listed in the By Application option.

While trying to figure out my problem, I also found that the config.xml file hasn’t been updated to the current date. Is this a bug?

  1. What are the application names?
  2. What is your Windows version?

config.xml is no longer used. This is normal.
