What about "Remove item forever" / "Add to ignore list" button?

For example, I type AVA and getting Programs/LAV Audio (some K-Lite codec) in the list… well, it makes sense and I do understand why it’s in the list. But I don’t need to see it in the list. Never. Absolutely never.
So, how can I quickly add this LAV Audio item in the permanent ignore list?

There is no such thing, and no such button in actions.

That’s my feature request is all about.

Hi, I’ll add an action that allows you to quickly exclude a result from future searches.

The sorting algorithm will also be optimized so that search results like LAV Audio will be shown at the very bottom automatically.
