Hello Listary Team.
What I would like is the following, in Web Search from the options menu.
Adding Main & Sub Folders.
Organize Alphabetical Order.
Problem love to see an fix:
I also noticed the following problem, when adding a keyword you often use alot. Then the program is incapabel to get all the links you have added with that keyword.
Example you know alot off websites where you can buy stuff and instead of remember all the names off the stores i call the keyword “Store”
Then when you type store you get almost around 55/60 websites in total in the list, but if you have more then that what i definally have, then it doesnt show the latest stores. So I was wondering if you can make it unlimited because i dont mind scrolling. Or if willing to add this feature to search everything inside the beta search, because beta search doesnt even show websites, what i find strange.
There are two main reasons for the current situation:
The launcher can only display up to 50 results. Because the font in the launcher is large and the number of items is limited, scrolling through more than 50 items would be inconvenient.
The file search window (what you referred to as the beta search) is specifically designed for searching files, so it does not have the functionality for launching apps or web searches.
I didn’t fully understand your needs. Why do you set the keyword for 60 websites to “store” without distinguishing them? As I understand it, typing “store amazon” or “store am” would be much faster than scrolling through 60 websites to find Amazon.
The reason I wanted to add this is because remembering all the names is a choire. So I thought of a solution what would be helpfull for me.
But then I noticed the 50 problem.
That’s why i wanted unlimited text / scroll.
But maybe you can add tabs from 50.
So when you scroll down you have 50 and then you can click on example page 2 and get the next 50 stores and so one.
Example what worked for me:
Keyword: Store
Title: Amazon
url: Website From Store.
So when you type store inside the search engine.
You can type for example Store and then Freezer.
Then you see in the list below:
Amazon ‘Freezer’
So because of the titles/icons i can see below wich store is.
I understand the issue now. You must enter the full keyword to trigger the web search. If your keyword is “store amazon,” you must enter the full “store amazon freezer” to search for “freezer” in Amazon. So, you want to enter a simple keyword and then select the website you need to open.
I will research and think about how to handle this better.
