The advice on this Listary web site says:
“Append a trailing \ to a keyword to indicate that it’s part of the parent folder path. It can appear anywhere in the search query.”
However I can’t understand the different results I get if I use a slash before a keyword or after. Can anyone explain the correct usage please. Thank you!
PS: I am using version 5.
In this case, keyword means something that’s part of the parent folder path. I presume that “anywhere” doesn’t mean that the slash can appear either before or after the keyword, but that the keyword with trailing slash, “keyword\”, can appear either before or after other parts of the query. For example, the search query could be either “something keyword\” or “keyword\ something” (where “something” is part of the name of the file(s) being searched for).
