"touch" and "mkdir" are not working

‘touch’ doesn’t create any file, it only searches ‘touch’.

Hi,
The command “touch” and “mkdir” must be used in a folder.
For example:
In the “C:\Program Files\Listary” folder, you can type “touch” directly, add a space after that, and then enter the file name “ProjectA”. This will create a new file named as “ProjectA”.
