Subst drive missing in index

I have a partition created using subst. SUBST - Wikipedia

It’s one of the basic Windows feature.

But it’s not supported by default. I have to add it as network drive and rescan every 24 hours

Subst points to files which are already in the index.
The usage of the subst drive itself in a search is currently useless
because path matching is not yet implemented.

If it’s not implements, it’s understandable.

But the feature is not useless.

I use subst feature because I want to have quick access to a subfolder.

So I would of course, add the long path in ignore list in the settings and use the subst drive only.

My comment “being useless” means the current situation
where match path is not implemented.
