Smart App Control blocks unsigned Listary.FileAppPlugin.Explzh.dll in Listary 7.0.0.9

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install Listary 7.0.0.9 beta using the official installer.
  2. Keep Windows Smart App Control enabled.
  3. Start Listary or sign in to Windows and allow Listary to start automatically.

Expected Result

Listary and all components included with its installer load normally without Windows security warnings.

Actual Result

Windows Security displays this notification:

Part of this app has been blocked. Some features of Listary may not work because we can’t confirm who published Listary.FileAppPlugin.Explzh.dll that the app tried to load.

The affected file is:

C:\Program Files\Listary\FileAppPlugins\Explzh\Listary.FileAppPlugin.Explzh.dll

Windows Version

Windows 11 Pro 25H2, OS build 26200.9457.

Listary Version

7.0.0.9 beta.

Additional Information

I checked the installed files:

  • Listary.exe has a valid digital signature from Beijing Xiaozhuo Technology Co., Ltd.
  • Listary.FileAppPlugin.Explzh.dll is not digitally signed.
  • DLL version: 1.0.0.0.
  • SHA-256: 1301A148C0CD30F2F9EF7885AB60DB418395FF60D5D6DD642FBAC8D760A18AB6.

Could you please digitally sign this DLL, and ideally all plugin DLLs distributed with Listary, so that Smart App Control does not block them?
