Slow new files discovery

After 10+ minutes the files still does not appear in the list. The thing is that I want it to instantly appear like it is in everything.

One thing everythinbg uses for tracking new files is USN journal which allows files to instantly appear in the list. Maybe there is some event base filesystem solution as well.

For now your program is unusable because it does not allow me to find fresh logs, build files etc. I would gladly buy your software if it had instant new files indexing.

The files search from the main bar is also slow and laggy. It is unusable this way. I might switch to Wox after many years because now the integrated the file dialogue feature.
