Show Listary key open a new windows instead of switching

I have reinstalled my PC and I found a behaviour of listary different than before.
Before I click on the “open launcher key” and it open the launcher.
If I click again on the “open launcher key” it open the lister
If I click again on the “open launcher key” it switch to the launcher, and so on.
But now every time it has to switch to the lister, I have a NEW windows.
You can see the example. I am just clicking CTRL+CTRL again and again.
See how the lister windows are increasing.
I don’ find any configuration.
