Congratulations finally getting Listary 4 Beta out into the world. I am looking forward to using it and am confident it will have been worth the wait.
I haven’t seen this addressed yet. Or missed it.
Will the beta be installed over top of my Listary Pro 3.51? Should I un-install 3.51 first to avoid any potential conflicts, etc.?

No and no. The beta is a portable version. I recommend you first uncheck “Start Listary when Windows starts” in the old version, exit it, and then download and try the beta.

Should I be running Listary 4.00.??? still as a portable or is it ok to install now to take advantage of the licensed features?
I noticed in another post topic mention of 4.00.1162 but your betas post is still at .1156,
What is the current version?

The latest version is 4.00.1162, you can get it here: http://www.listary.com/download
You can continue using the portable version. There is no functionality difference.
I noticed the installer (that its now available) installs listary at Program Files x64. On the other hand I place the zip contents on the x86 Program Files.
