it’s an application similar to listary name FlashFloder, though it I don’t work on win7 at all. But really handy direct access the TC folder (save Win+o twice )

You can use Ctrl + G to let a file dialog jump to the folder you’re viewing in TC directly.

There are two panel in TC, It would be nice if I can Ctrl+G toggle two directory of TC

and a menu would be even better, I am a mouse-user most of the time.

It's in Smart menu (the thunder button in Listary toolbar) > Switch to Last Opened Folder in File Manager. You can also get it in Smart > Currently Opened Folders.
