in the open dialog, after I press enter key, the focus stay on listary. I think it’s better if it could restore focus to the open dialog.
in the open folder dialog，I use listary locate to a folder. Now the open folder is unfocus. After I focus the open dialog(use mouse or alt+tab), the selection entry restore to the one that before I locate by listary.

listary is 4.02.1360, system is win7 64bit

Thanks for your feedback.
In most cases the users would like to keep the input focus on Listary so they can navigate to some deep folders using Listary. I think it’s better to keep this unchanged.
It’s unusual to select a folder without opening it in a Open File dialog. Any reasons you need to do this?
About the 2nd question, I’ve found it’s “quick switch” function counfuse me.
About the focus, what I think is after listary finish it’s job, I need click OK button of open dialog anyway. How could I do this without mouse?
And I found the focus change is different between Open File and Open folder dialog.
BTW, another qustion: search exclude is really weak now. I have a large folder tree want to exclude, but listary can’t do it. I can’t exclude all subfolders by one or a few entry. Everything’s exclude is perfect.

for example :
d:\egf

If you select a file from Listary search results and press Enter, the Open File dialog will open that file and then close automatically.
Pressing ESC can also set the input focus back to the file dialog.

Adding one folder exclusion (the first button) for d:\egf is enough.
You may need to go to Listary Options - History and choose Clean History to erase history entries for the now-excluded folder.
ok it’s no problom in open file dialog.
but in open folder dialog, focus will not back automatically. (may beacuse i’m not selecting a file but a folder?).
And another problem, also in open folder dialog, after I press ESC, focus back. Andthen quick swithc effect, the selecting is now opend folder in filemanager, not the one I select by listary before.
about the exclude, let me test again
I’v found the exclude filter problem will happen when the folder is in both listry’s exclude list and protected by “hide foders 2009”.(“hide folders 2009” is a software to hide folder, use a system driver as far as I know)
In this condition, exclude will work just untill reboot.
I have clean the history, and add the folder in history exclude.
for example: d:\egf is protected by “hide foders 2009”, and now I add it into exclude list. It will be excluded correct. But after reboot, it can be search out by listary again.
but if d:\egf\11 and d:\egf\22 are protected by “hide folders”, and d:\egf in exclude list, it will no problem.
I’v tried in Everything in same condition, It works good.
I remember there is no problem like this in ver 4.01.1191.
