Please answer my support requests

I have been contacting support since January 8th, and I have only received one email asking for some logs and the version . I have sent several more emails to support@listary.com as well, but I have not received a response. Could someone please look into this? I think the emails are getting through because I received a response to the first one, but maybe they aren’t. This is very frustrating because almost all of the time, Listary Pro is down, and occasionally it will work for a while.
