I wiil send a request email, but are you not curious why this happens? Perhaps I am not the only one who cannot pay through this option? Since I did not have any problems last 10 year or more, there has to be something wrong with your system.
And, when I try to answer to your email, I got an answer that this email address does not exist.
SOmething is very wrong.
