Hi I have been a Listary Pro fan and user since 2011.
I have made multiple feature suggestions to Channing.
I have a Pro licence which Channing confirmed by email to me is inclusive of all future updates and upgrades.
Up until recently my Pro licence was working fine. Now the latest version of Listary has stopped recognising my licence and keeps telling to purchase a licence when I already have one.
I have tried the latest suggestions in various threads about too many licence activations to see if that would solve the issue but it doesn’t because Listary doesn’t recognise my licence at all.
Please help as I need the Pro features active.
