Listary V7 Beta is here | The Launcher now recommends, plus a new engine, multi-select & fresh themes (Updated to 7.0.0.9 on August 5)

Thank you for taking the time to review my examples and for acknowledging this issue. I am glad to hear it will be considered for future updates.

As V7 is currently in development, where would be the best place for me to report issues or submit feedback specifically regarding V7 to ensure it reaches the team efficiently?

It is totally fine to leave your feedback in this thread, or you can create a new post if you prefer. I will make sure to keep an eye on all of them.

Considering that you’re now actively asking for constructive feedback, here are at least two requests for editing menus directly from the menu frontend, with the first one dating back to 2024. We’re now on Version 7, and having to go into the Options menu to do this still feels quite strange and disconnected from good UX practices.

Is there also a way to hide commands such as Recent, PowerShell, and similar entries from the menu? Users should have complete control over what is visible there. This is their space, and it would be great to remove unnecessary noise from features or commands they don’t use, while still allowing them to enable them again if needed.

I would even reduce Options from middle click menu to a single icon, similar to the edit icon on this forum. The menu content (Favorites, Shortcuts, etc.) should be separated from the application settings. Users should manage menu items directly from the menu, while app settings belong elsewhere. This would make the experience much more intuitive and will clean the clutter.
