Yes, it’s fully portable.
Yes. I can confirm portable is as functional as installer version. I have to thank the dev for supporting portable software. It’s so absolutely critical for some of us with OCD. I would not have even considered this software without a portable option. I love that a non-installer (ZIP) version is also available on the site.
