The window is a thin bar in the upper left corner that is overlayed over everything, and it’s unselectable and unmoveable.
I think this happens after switching between multiple monitors with different resolutions and UI scaling.
ProcessExplorer identifies this as Listary 6 and it disappears when closing Listary. It does not reappear when starting it again.
