I haven’t been able to get this to work with 7zip properly. Have grown accustomed to the workaround of pulling up the main bar and copying and pasting the path I want into 7z but the small search integration has never come up.

From searching previous discussions it seems to do so automatically for some - I have added 7zfm.exe (and all other 7z exes in fact) to the Integration list and ticked the checkbox but no success. Any other ideas?

The 7zip dialogs are non standard, Listary and other similar tool can’t support it.

Thanks

Fwiw the closest I have found was this AndyK post from some time ago

I must correct my last post.
In my current configuration the Listary search is attached to the 7z dialogs
and it works.

Windows 11 Home x64 Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.900)
Listary Pro 6.0.11.35

I’m not sure if it’s the latest update or something else but ctrl+G isn’t working anymore, is anybody else having similar problem?

With the current beta I no longer need to press Ctrl-G.
It automatically displays the Listary search field below the Open/Save dialogs
and adds the info about the current folder in the file manager.

I’m still having this problem with 6.0.11.35. Also, the popup menu doesn’t stick below the dialog box like previous versions.

Back to 6.0.11.34.

As Dypsis stated, with Listary Pro 6.0.11.35 open/save dialog
does not close the popup-bar after the operation has been completed. The popup bar persist on the screen even after the file has been saved. This seem to be affecting all applications including Microsoft office applications.
Note: Don’t have this issue with Listary Pro 6.0.11.34

Hope this issue can be resolved. Thank you.

I’m receiving this error all the time in the last builds:

Listary has encountered a problem, please restart it.

Error message:
System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Invalid window handle

at System.Windows.Threading.Dispatcher.PushFrameImpl(DispatcherFrame frame)
at System.Windows.Application.RunDispatcher(Object ignore)
at System.Windows.Application.RunInternal(Window window)
at Listary.Main.App.Main()

Anyone is having the same problem? How to fix it?

Thanks

I have the same issue, please amend…

Can you please share the 6.0.11.34 installer

Here is a link to Listary v6.0.11.34 for everyone having issues with Listary v6.0.11.35.

It seems like development is taking one step forward and two steps back.

The 6.0.11.34 frequently crashes. I have gone back to 6.0.11.33

I went back to v6.0.10.33 also.
Crashes and other problems that I’ve already posted about forced me back.

The current version is 6.0.11.35 !
No crashes here under

Windows 11 Home x64 Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1105)
Listary Pro 6.0.11.35

Listary Pro 6.0.11.35 does not crash. However, the open/save dialog does not close the popup-bar after the operation is finished. The popup bar persist on the screen even after the file has been saved.
This affects all the applications

This doesn’t happen here.
I use it a lot and just tested again, no such problem.
