I am a Listary Pro user and I am opening this thread because I have been unable to get a response from the official support desk for the past 2 weeks.
About 2 weeks ago I requested a change for the email address associated with my Pro licenses.
The support team responded promptly, stating that the licenses had been migrated and that the new keys had been sent out to me.
But, I never received that email the new license keys.
Since then, I have sent 3 follow-up emails and filled out the contact form on the official website once to report the missing keys, but I have received zero replies (I have carefully checked my spam/junk folder)
My email provider is working perfectly with Listary’s domain, as I just received the forum registration and activation email instantly.
Could a staff member or administrator please look into my pending support tickets and help me retrieve my Pro keys? I can provide my ticket details or email address via Private Message (PM) if needed.
