I wanted to know if you can export these directories saved for the quick menu. I would want to have the same Menu structure on my laptop without needing the redo it from scratch.

It’s part of the
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Listary\UserProfile\Settings\Preferences.json
You can try to copy the whole file to another PC
