Help and answer

Hello I have been using Listary for years but since I decided to buy version 6 I am very disappointed. I wrote to support and I did not get a response and yet I believe that by having a paid version we should have better quality support than on a forum where paying and free users mix.

So my topic is this without even going into the details of my problems. How to get help from the developer, that is to say at a level expected as a paying customer.

In fact, when I see that on this forum few problems are solved and that many questions have still not been answered for years, it does not make me want to go through this forum to look for solutions to my problems.
