When Fuzzy matching is disabled, it seems it remains active for windows store apps.
So, specifically (see screenshot), when searching for ‘wh’ to search for a whatsapp shortcut, ‘Weather’ is still being returned. When searching for ‘wp’, whatsapp is not returned (as is expected).
