Finding files in Network folder

I have 2 network folders say ABC and XYZ (with many subfolders) which seem to index fine but when searching it for docs show too many possible resolt; I am trying to narrow down the by “adding” the parent folder (ABC or XYZ). it does not work as command or file search - what am I doing wrong

thanks - I do this, but the results are intermittent when the docs are in subfolders. Keyword & folders only seem to work for the exact folders

sorry the previous note shows that I get less results with an additional “filter” abc\
