My file index frequently loses an online drive and I have to rebuild the complete index. I’ve put in a schedule for every reindexing every one hour but it doesn’t actually do it. Please help!
Could you please try upgrading to V6.3.0.78? This version has improved network drive stability. If the issue persists, you can wait for the next version. We are currently rebuilding the network index, and it will be released in the next version. Please wait for the next version and see if the issue persists.
Thank you, I will try it. Please note, I was on v6.3.0.77 and “check for update” told me there were no new updates. I had to download manually.
