Is it possible to export and import the indexing results as a file?
Maybe it is very useful.
While Listary is not running, look at
C:\Users*your_user_name*\AppData\Roaming\Listary\UserProfile\Cache*your_PC_name*
There you have the Index sub-dir
and the DiskIndex.db
Actually, there is not DiskIndex.db file and how can I explicitly read the index results in text form?
It is, but not in the Index sub-dir !
It’s on the same level as the sub-dir.
You can’t read it in text form.
Windows 11 Home Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.2894)
Listary Pro 6.3.1.85
Yes, it is possible to export and import indexing results in some systems, depending on the software you’re using. Many indexing tools allow you to export the results as a file, such as CSV, JSON, or XML, which can then be imported into another system or used for analysis. Check the documentation of your specific tool for export/import options or plugins that support this functionality. It’s definitely a helpful feature for backup, sharing, or migrating data.
