Periodic Index Updates

When I search for files, I sometimes see deleted files in the search results shown with the yellow warning sign :warning:.

However, if I Force Rebuild the Index, it removes those deleted files in search results, which should happen in the first place.

Windows periodically indexes files as part of the Windows Search Service.

How often does Listary update its index?
Is it possible to configure this option, to maybe occur every X hours?

I am using version 5.00.2381.

Listary updates its index in real time. This should not be the real reason of the issue.

I guess these deleted files are from History search results. Some deleted files may occur with question marks if you’ve opened them before. Next time you can try the Clean History button in Listary Options - History.

Automatic cleaning of inaccessible history entries has already been planned for a future version.
