## 故障排除说明

为帮助我们修复 bug，我们需要可靠且一致的步骤来重现问题。

如果出现问题：

1. 确保您使用的是 **最新的 Listary 版本** 。从[官网](https://www.listary.com/download)下载并重新安装 Listary。（稳定版本通常与前一个测试版是相同的。例如，V6.3.0.77 测试版和 6.3.0.78 是相同的。）
2. 确保没有被杀毒软件拦截。尝试重新安装 Listary 并确保您的杀毒软件允许其安装和运行。
3. 确保您使用的是受支持的 Windows 版本：
  - 从 **V6** 开始，Listary 支持 **64 位系统** ，兼容 **Windows 10 和 Windows 11** 。虽然 Listary V6 可能在旧版 Windows 上运行，但我们不能保证每次更新都兼容。
  - Listary **V5** 支持 **32 位和 64 位** 系统，兼容 **Windows XP 及以上版本** 。Listary V5 可能可以在 Windows 11 上运行，但我们不能保证每次 Windows 更新都兼容。

4. 是否有其他全局运行的软件可能与 Listary 冲突。

## bug 反馈状态

当我们（版主）能够复现错误时，我们会添加 `repro` 标签。如果我们无法复现 bug，但认为它可能是一个 bug，我们会添加 `tracked` 标签，等待其他用户提供复现步骤或确认。
