Show hidden files & folders not working

I have the setting “Show hidden files & folders not working” cleared, yet Listary shows hidden files in my favorite

I even have a filter set in the exclusion setting but that doesn’t work either

I am running Win7 x64 with Listary Pro 5.00.2581
Rebuilding the index doesn’t work. Neither clearing the history.
Is there another way to exclude hidden files from showing up in my Total Commander directory shortcut flyout
