when you search for something and the list pops up you could scroll with mouse button through it as an alternative to arrow keys.
Windows 10 changes mouse handling in some way. If you’re in Windows Explorer, keep the mouse cursor within the Explorer window when scrolling.
This can be fixed by turning off the option “Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them” in Windows 10’s Mouse & Touchpad settings.
