How to create Keyword function to enable/disable WiFi or Bluetooth

Please could you guys suggest how to add custom keywords with respect to the following tasks in Listary running on Windows 10:

  1. Enable/Disable WiFi
  2. Enable/Disable Bluetooth
  3. Quit all running apps
  4. Increase/Decrease brightness levels
