Bug in french version (open/save dialog)

Hi folks
no listary bar in Windows open/save dialog (Title “Ouvrir” ans “Enregistrer sous”) in french version Windows 8.1 with the version 5.00.2134.
(All is fine with the version 4.23.1727)

If you’re using the portable version, try to overwrite the old version again, and make sure to reboot after updating.
